Great experience...took it in for upper pan oil leak and found other issues. They never did anything extra without contacting me giving me the option to fix now or later. No surprises and I was reunited my a 10mm socket I dropped sometime back lol.

Great service. Read the Ford code, bad glo plug, suggested replacing all on the defective side.. Did that with a prompt appointment, quality work and very fast turn around. Pleasant to work with,,very fair pricing

My water pump blew on my 6.7 around 4pm on Thursday. Called around until I got to ROKS. Yes, they could take it and yes, they could get on it the next day. Say what?!?! That was unusual to hear. Though they officially lose at 5:30p, there was still someone there at 6p when I got pulled into the yard. I called Friday morning to verify all was well. Was informed they were rolling the truck into the shop and the part was being delivered. Called back at 5pm to get update and they confirmed that the plan was still to have it done that day. 5:45p: called them back and my truck was out on a test drive. Got a call at 6p that it was ready for pickup! Crazy!! 24 hrs from when I dropped it off to when I got it back. Was not thinking that was possible in this day and age. Not a guarantee that they can do it for you in that time frame, but it definitely worked for me. I'll be back to them again. Hopefully, not too soon. ;-)

I recently started using ROKS, and they are now my go to repair shop. They truly understand the needs of the customer and try everything in their power to get it done and do it right the first time. I have several crew trucks that I use everyday, and they understand the importance of getting the trucks in and out in the quickest time without sacrificing quality service. In my books, they go above and beyond every time I have a truck in there.

We have taken our work truck to them twice and every time it comes out better and better. My poor truck has been eating up by salt from working up in Pennsylvania. I was beginning to find leaks everywhere. I dropped it off and asked them to check all other lines as well. They called me and gave me a rundown of their findings. I knew I was having an acceleration problem. They had found it as well and asked me about it. Being a 2007 6.0 everywhere else would have started spouting injector, injector but not them. They checked the entire fuel delivery system and found my fuel regulator was bad. When I got her back the work was obvious done right. 275,000 miles and she almost got sideways when I left and still no issues several months later. I know when I take it there it's going to be done right and not have to worry about someone just trying to make it work. Thank you again for quality work!!!!

Had a good conversation with Loren regarding installing performance mods for my 20' f250 platinum. He did a great job installing a catch can and I was charged a lot cheaper than quoted! Loren and Tana are very friendly, good patriotic people. I will be coming back in the future.

ROKS diesel knows what they are doing. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Before ROKS, I usually did all my own work due to not very many shops around being good with working on diesels. Love having them as a trusted shop I can go to.
